---- BABY & TODDLER SLEEP SPECIALIST -----
Sleep isn't one size fits all.
And your support shouldn't be either.

AS A SLEEP CONSULTANT, THERE'S ONE THING I WANT EVERY PARENT TO KNOW:
You are the EXPERT on your child.
I'm just here to help you trust that.
There is no shortage of advice online. But advice that doesn't know your baby, your family, or your values isn't really advice, it's noise. My job isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you understand what's happening, why it's happening, and what your options actually are, so you can make the decision that's right for you.
Hi, I am
O'hara
I'm a Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant with an Honours degree in Psychology and Child Development — and a mama who has sat exactly where you're sitting right now.
When my daughter was born I found myself deep in postpartum anxiety, questioning every decision, and desperately looking for answers. The hardest part wasn't the exhaustion. It was feeling like every piece of advice I found was asking me to choose between rest and connection.
I refused to believe those were the only two options.
That refusal sent me back to study, back to research, and eventually to building a practice around a different kind of support — one that starts with understanding your whole baby, not just their night wakings.
Five years and 300+ families later, I still believe the same thing: Better sleep and a secure, connected child are not opposing forces.

MY APPROACH
This isn't about quick fixes or rigid methods.
I look at your whole baby, their temperament, development, feeding, medical factors, and your own wellbeing before I recommend anything.
I don't use cry-it-out or separation-based methods. I don't hand you a plan and disappear. And I never ask you to do anything that doesn't feel right for your family.
What I do is stay with you — through the confusion, the setbacks, and the breakthroughs — until things genuinely start to fall into place.
Because that's what actually works.

MY VALUES
Your child is not a checklist.
Every baby is a whole little person with their own temperament, developmental stage, and emotional world. Your support should reflect that.
Biology first.
Infant sleep is biological, not behavioral. Understanding why your baby sleeps the way they do changes everything.
You don't have to do this alone.
Exhausted parents make harder decisions. Having the right support — someone genuinely in your corner — makes all the difference.

Every morning I start with a cup of tea and time in my Bible — a quiet reminder that grace, patience, and community make all the difference in motherhood.
I know the weight of exhaustion. I also know how life-changing it is when things finally start to fall into place.
You are not failing. You are not alone.
Let's find a way forward — together.
